RETURN
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at enquiry@switchon.pk or call/WhatsApp at 03348345678 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, we will be happy to assist the purchaser in order to pick up the damaged/not working product from their home address however, if the customer changes their mind and would like to exchange the product within 3 days from the day of delivery then they will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

تبادلہ کرنا چاہتا ہے تو وہ تمام واپسی شپنگ چارجز کے ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
آپ کی واپسی حاصل کرنے اور آپ کے آئٹم کی حالت کا
معائنہ کرنے کے بعد، ہم آپ کے تبادلے پر کارروائی کریں گے۔ براہ کرم اپنی شے کی
وصولی سے کم از کم پانچ (5) دن اپنے تبادلے پر کارروائی کرنے دیں۔ جب آپ کی واپسی
پر کارروائی ہو جائے گی تو ہم آپ کو ای میل کے ذریعے مطلع کریں گے۔
Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Purchased item can only be replaced if found damaged/not working state. The warranty is void if the SwitchOn label on the product is removed.
